Structure without weight

The collar stands on its own, rising clean at the neck where most vests fall soft. Below it the body is cut with a light contour through the chest and a straight line down the side, so the vest holds its shape over a shirt without adding bulk to it. A layer you put on for the line, not for the warmth alone.

One axis, drawn clean

A full zip runs the length of the front and sets the centre, the body falling symmetrical either side of it. The side pockets are set into the seams and disappear when closed, so nothing interrupts the surface. One line down the middle and nothing else to look at.
